Fire Protection Butterfly Valve–Efficient Shut-off and Precise Control

Fire protection butterfly valves employ a centric design, with the main valve structure composed of the valve body, valve disc, valve seat, valve stem, and transmission operating mechanism. The valve seat features a detachable structure. Transmission mechanisms are available in handle type, worm gear type, and signal type. These valves are suitable for use in fire sprinkler system pipelines to throttle or regulate flow. The signal valve includes a signal switch positioned at the worm gear's open/close location, making it suitable for automatic fire sprinkler system pipelines.

Features
  • The valve seat features a detachable design for convenient on-site maintenance and employs a full flow passage design to prevent blockage by impurities. The integrated "O"-shaped sealing lines at both ends ensure reliable sealing without the need for additional gaskets during pipe installation, and different materials can be selected based on specific application requirements.
  • The shaft pin uses a U.S. patented withdrawal pin design that tightly connects the valve disc to the valve shaft, preventing loosening without compromising shaft strength, and provides excellent interchangeability.
  • The operating mechanism is flexible and can be equipped with different rotary devices such as a handle or worm gear per customer requirements; the worm gear can also be fitted with a signal device.
